Terms of Service

By commissioning in any kind of way you agree to the Term of Service.

Illustration Do's and Don'ts

✘ Overly detailed characters

✘ Offensive themes pertaining to sex, race, and religion

General

I reserve the rights to decline any commission request/ cancel the commission if i feel like i'm unable to continue with the project

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

Payment must be made before progress will begin (unless payment plan is discussed ahead of time for larger projects)
My works cannot be used for AI or NFT
All commissions will be in digital format, there will be no physical products delivered
Do not use for commercial products (merchandise, reselling, etc) unless commercial use and fees are paid/discussed prior
Proper credit must always be given to me, especially for work used for streaming/content purposes
I have the right to post your commissioned art on my social media/portfolio, and may stream the progress of your commission. You can request for the commission kept secret until after a certain date, please let me know ahead of time so I can accommodate it!
If progress has not started you can request a refund
Refunds are not accepted once the commission is completed
Please refer to individual commission listings information for processing times, etc. as it may vary depending on the type of commission
The order list is not always first come first serve basis. I may need to arrange which order can be done first within the timeframe I have, but I will do my best to work on the inquiries I get as soon as possible
Purchase of a commission means agreeing to abide by my TOS. I do not take any responsibility if you did not read them

Revision

Revision policies will be included in individual commissions as they may vary depending on the commission work.
Revisions are suggested during the sketch phase only (after i proceed with the next progress extra charges for revisions may occur)
If the mistake is a result of insufficient information or not mentioned to me when the commission is accepted, I am not obliged to correct or change anything
Major revisions that are not for mistakes on my behalf may or may not be accepted
Revisions are unavailable for SKEB
Minor revisions for mistakes on my behalf are free of charge

Payment, Refund & Cancel

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character design or background - e.g. armour, props, accessories, tattoos, animals
I will only start the commission after I receive payment
Unless otherwise agreed upon, 100% of payment must be made upfront. Work will not begin without payment.
Payments must be made within 1 business week or your request will be cancelled to free up space in my queue for new clients. You are free to submit a new request anytime though!
Rush fees may apply for any orders requested to be done sooner than 1 month. Rush fees are +25%-50% of the total price (dependent on type of commission + length of requested deadline + current queue).
All prices shown are estimates, depending on the details the price may change
There will be extra charge for commercial/business/corporate works

If the progress has not started, you are allowed to refund and cancel the commission, minus a -5% inconvenience fee
If you file a chargeback after completion of your commission you will be put on my client blacklist and will not be allowed to commission again

Use & Intellectual property rights

Emotes/stream assets/png vtube/etc. may be used on the applicable platforms without paying an additional fee (commercial use for streaming is included in the base price)
The commission must never be used for AI, NFT, etc.

I retain full ownership rights of my artworks
Unless agreed upon otherwise during the request process (temporary privacy), I may use completed commissions as examples of my work in my portfolios, streaming and post to my social media.

Deadlines & Delivery

Commission make take up to anywhere between 1 month - 4 months depending on how complicated the request is + my current queue + my availability
Delays may occur for some unforeseen events (illness, accidents, material problems, etc.) I will reach out to you to keep you informed
I always try to complete commissions as soon as I can but like to keep my estimates long to try to account for possible delays/long queue times/etc.
Turnaround time will vary depending on the type of commission work
The delivery will only be done when the full payment is made (installment plan)

Please remember that in between updates/communication, progress can always be checked on through my Trello

BEING A FULL-TIME COLLEGE STUDENT WHO ALSO DOES STREAMING, PLEASE NOTE THAT I MIGHT TAKE A WHILE WITH COMMISSIONS.

THERE MAY ALSO BE PERSONAL/HEALTH-RELATED REASONS FOR THE DELAY.

I WILL TRY MY BEST TO UPDATE THE COMMISSIONER. DON'T BE AFRAID TO DM ME FOR UPDATES!
